ServiceCon 2026 - Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: July 1, 2025

By registering for and attending ServiceCon 2026 (the “Conference”), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions, which are intended to protect the safety, experience, and rights of all attendees, speakers, sponsors, and organizers.

1. Registration & Attendance

1.1. All registrations are final. Tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to another individual within your company with written notice to the organizers.
1.2. Attendees must be at least 18 years of age unless otherwise approved in writing by the organizers.
1.3. Admission to the Conference and associated events is subject to full payment of all applicable fees.

2. Code of Conduct

2.1. Attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a professional, respectful manner at all times. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior toward other attendees, speakers, sponsors, or staff will not be tolerated.
2.2. The organizers reserve the right to revoke admission without refund for any violation of this Code of Conduct.

3. Use of Likeness & Media

3.1. By attending, you grant ServiceCon and its organizing partners, including Centerpoint Connect, the irrevocable right to capture, reproduce, and distribute your image, likeness, and/or voice in photographs, videos, live streams, promotional materials, and media coverage without compensation.
3.2. Attendees are permitted to take photos and brief video clips for personal and social media use, provided it does not interfere with sessions or violate speaker or sponsor guidelines.

4. Contact Information & Privacy

4.1. By registering, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information for event administration, communications, and logistics.
4.2. Attendee information may be shared with select event sponsors and partners for follow-up purposes. You may opt out of sponsor communications by contacting the organizers directly.
4.3. ServiceCon will not sell your personal data to unrelated third parties.

5. Event Program & Changes

5.1. The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the event program, speakers, sessions, or schedule at any time without liability.
5.2. In the unlikely event of postponement, tickets will be valid for the rescheduled event. In the case of cancellation, tickets may be applied as credit toward a future ServiceCon event but will not be refunded.

6. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

6.1. Attendance at the Conference is voluntary. By attending, you assume all risks associated with travel, attendance, participation in sessions, and related activities.
6.2. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and agree not to hold ServiceCon, Centerpoint Connect, the event venue, event staff, or affiliated partners liable for any loss, injury, illness, accident, theft, or damages to person or property arising from your attendance.
6.3. Attendees are responsible for their own insurance coverage, including travel and health insurance.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1. All presentations, session materials, and content shared at the Conference are the intellectual property of the speakers, organizers, or sponsors.
7.2. Attendees may not copy, reproduce, or distribute event content without prior written permission.

8. Health & Safety

8.1. Attendees agree to comply with any health and safety requirements imposed by the organizers, venue, or government authorities in effect at the time of the Conference.
8.2. The organizers reserve the right to deny entry or remove any attendee who does not comply with health and safety protocols.

9. Governing Law

9.1. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
9.2. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms & Conditions or the Conference shall be resolved in the courts located in Harris County, Texas.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By completing registration and attending ServiceCon 2026, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
