In preparation for the event, we wanted to provide you with a few details to make navigating the event easier.
The conference is at The Woodlands Resort.

The Welcome Party will be held at 6:00p on Wednesday, March 12th. This will be held on Forest Deck, which is attached to Harrisons in the Meetings & Events section (#6 & #7 on the map below). There will be appetizers and snacks along with beer & wine.
Drink tickets and name badges will be available throughout the Welcome Party. Pick these up at registration, which will be located outside of the meeting space at Lakeside Room (#10 on the map).
We will have breakfast and lunch available for attendees each day at 8a and 12p inside of Harrisons.
Looking for things to do after the conference? Be sure to check out The Woodlands Waterway for a variety of restaurants and bars just two miles away from the resort. If shopping is something you’re interested in, check out Market Street next to The Waterway.
