He also created Camp Commercial Roofer and Commercial Roofer Live, offering in-person masterminds and retreats for commercial roofing CEOs. A United States Air Force Special Operations veteran, Cody has a passion for pushing limits and achieving the extraordinary. He built and sold a successful roofing business as part of a 17-company roll-up and was recognized as Roofing Contractor Magazine’s Commercial Roofing Young Gun in 2022. Cody's adventurous spirit has taken him to Mount Everest in 2022 and across a glacier in Iceland in 2023. Will began his roofing career on the software side, helping hundreds of commercial roofing contractors implement software solutions across businesses of varying sizes. His passion for the service side of operations led to significant growth, driving millions in service sales and hundreds of millions in negotiated work. In 2017, he became the Director of Business Development at DK Haney Roofing, a Texas contractor with $12 million in total sales and $500K in service revenue. Focusing on the service division, Will helped increase service revenue to $3.5 million and total company revenue to $28 million within three years. This success inspired the creation of Centerpoint Connect, a software solution launched in 2020, designed to streamline service operations, boost customer retention, and increase sales. Today, Will continues to drive innovation in the roofing industry through Centerpoint Connect.

Chad J. Westbrook is a recognized leader in technology implementation and service within the roofing industry. His introduction to the field came through a national lawsuit monitored by his employer, exposing him to advanced trade technology and leading to his involvement in expanding FCS for major U.S. contractors. With a background in CAD and construction layout, he transitioned into commercial roofing, holding roles such as Sales Development Manager, Sales Manager, and National Service Director. In 2012, he was tasked with rapidly growing a service division, successfully scaling it to $4 million in 18 months with nearly $500,000 in recurring revenue. He later led a national account team managing over $18 million in business. Today, through his company, Service Alignment, Chad mentors scaling contractors in revenue growth and team development.

Kerrick Willis, GSI
Kerrick Willis is a second-generation roofer and Army veteran with over a decade of hands-on experience in commercial roofing. As a commercially rated pilot in helicopters, airplanes, and drones, he has built and scaled five successful drone programs. Kerrick has trained over 10 pilots under Part 107 and managed a $2 million roofing project from start to finish. His expertise in drone photogrammetry and 3D modeling has led to a 40% reduction in job site visits and the largest sale in a company's history. He now helps teams integrate drone technology into their workflows to work smarter and more efficiently.
