Chad Westbrook, Founder, Service Alignment

Chad J. Westbrook is a dedicated father of three boys and a respected leader in the roofing industry, known for his expertise in technology implementation and service growth. His entry into the industry came through a national lawsuit monitored by his employer, giving him access to cutting-edge trade technology. This experience helped him become deeply involved in implementing and expanding FCS for some of the largest contractors in the U.S.

Education and Credentials
Chad's educational journey was hands-on, exposing him to key industry leaders early in his career. After high school, he worked in a union-based position, which introduced him to CAD and construction layout, setting the stage for a career in both the commercial and residential asphalt sectors. In his early 20s, Chad transitioned into the commercial roofing industry, where he held roles as Sales Development Manager, Sales Manager, and National Service Director. These positions gave him a firsthand understanding of the industry's challenges, inspiring him to develop solutions adopted across the sector.

Notable Achievements
Chad was introduced to the roofing service industry in 2012 when he took on the role of National Service Director for a technology firm. Tasked with rapid expansion and creating a forecastable income stream, Chad successfully launched and grew service branches across the central to eastern U.S. In just 18 months, he turned eight service locations into a $4 million division, generating nearly $500,000 in recurring revenue. He then went on to manage a national accounts team overseeing $18 million in business with some of the country’s largest property owners. Today, Chad uses his vast experience to mentor growing contractors, helping them build consistent revenue and scale their teams through his company, Service Alignment.

As a father of three boys, he embraces the energy and excitement his children bring to family life.
